      • Membership Dues $25.00 (family) per year – Due 1-31-2011 I understand that I will be encouraged to join one of the clubs committees and share in the organization of car shows and other related club activities or sponsored events. I here by authorize Wheels That Heal Car Club to publish my information on the Club Members Only page on their Web Site, and to use any pictures of my vehicle on their site or in the Wheels Newsletter Publication.
